Sales Are Final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for all fajas and products you buy on once purchased.

The best way to prevent returns due to incorrect sizes is to take current measurements according to our FAJA / SHAPEWEAR SIZE CHART.


Legal Disclaimer: due to the hygienic nature of our products and by law of the United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, on any washable, reusable or absorbent item such as our Fajas with panty attached or any intimate undergarment that touches the crotch area or intimate area of your body, or Post Surgery, Girdle and other Bodysuits that can be used for this purpose. For respect with all of our Sexy FC clients, we will never re-sell an intimate garment that is soiled, dirty, tried on, worn or returned since you are paying full price for it, you also expect a brand-new garment.

Please inspect your girdle once you receive it and take it out of the package. If the item is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and don't try the product on. If we did the mistake of sending to you the incorrect style, size or color, please contact us immediately and before you stretch, try on, use or put on the garment. Once the Shapewear is tried on, we cannot assist with an exchange or replacement.

If an exchange is applicable according to our policies, all tags must be attached. If there is a price difference for a higher priced item we will give you a call to charge the difference and if the price is lower you will receive store credit. 

You have only 5 days to report any inconvenience with the Fajas and you have only 10 days to request a change. KEEP ON MIND, IS ONLY 10 DAYS IN TOTAL.

We do not send return labels for exchanges therefore, you can send it back through USPS, FedEx, UPS or whatever is most convenient for you. Please email us at with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. Since we do not send returns labels we will cover the cost of the new exchange package that will be sent back to you, that way you do not have to pay double shipping. Please email us the tracking number for the package that you are sending back.

We are not responsible if the package that you have sent back to us is lost.

Keep in mind, We don't refund money for any reason, we do changes, only if match our Return Policies. 

Customers outside the U.S.: If you wish to make an exchange you must return the product to our return address, keep in mind that the shipping costs from your address to our store, as well as from our store to your address, must be paid by you, the best way to prevent this expense, is to send your current measures to ensure that we send the correct size.
